Information relating to data hosting conditions, geographic data location, and contractual safeguards governing the relationship with the hosting provider is detailed in Article 10 of the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGN AND TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

The design and technical development of the Platform were carried out by 16h33 (Email: contact@16h33.fr).

The UPC remains solely responsible for the coordination, management, moderation, and overall administration of the Platform.

ARTICLE 5 - TERMS OF USE

Access to the CAP CHARENTE Platform, in any form whatsoever, is subject to the full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU), which are permanently accessible on the dedicated page of the Platform.

The TCU govern all rights and obligations of Users and the UPC, particularly regarding:

  • the presentation of the Platform and access conditions (Articles 1 and 3 of the TCU);

  • the obligations of Contributors and the publication process for Listings (Articles 5 and 6 of the TCU);

  • intellectual property rights (Article 8 of the TCU);

  • personal data (Article 9 of the TCU and the Privacy Policy);

  • UPC liability (Article 10 of the TCU);

  • prohibited conduct and applicable sanctions (Article 11 of the TCU);

  • hyperlinks to third-party websites (Article 12 of the TCU);

  • conditions governing amendments to the TCU (Article 13 of the TCU);

  • applicable law, amicable dispute resolution, and competent jurisdiction (Article 14 of the TCU);

  • force majeure (Article 15 of the TCU).

Users are advised to consult the TCU regularly. The applicable version is always the version permanently available on the Platform.

ARTICLE 6 - PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

As data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and amended French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the UPC collects and processes personal data as part of the operation of the Platform.

All information relating to data processing activities (purposes, legal bases, categories of data collected, retention periods, recipients, security measures, cookie and tracking technologies policy, data subject rights, and procedures for exercising those rights) is detailed in the Platform’s Privacy Policy, permanently accessible from all pages of the Platform.

For any questions or requests relating to the protection of personal data, data subjects may contact the UPC’s Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided in Article 3 of the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 7 - AMENDMENTS TO THE LEGAL NOTICE

This Legal Notice may be amended at any time to reflect legislative, regulatory, or technical developments. The applicable version is always the version permanently available on the Platform. Users are advised to consult it regularly.
